Amherst is 18-2 as of 10/5, having just won the North Canton Quad over Hudson, Walsh Jesuit (15-8, 16-14) and Hoover (15-4, 12-15, 15-8). Their losses were on 8/26 to Magnificat 15-3, 11-15, 10-15 and in the second round of the Norwalk Invitational to Norwalk St. Paul 8-15, 9-15 (they beat Norwalk in three in the for third place). They beat Rocky River twice 15-10, 16-14, and 16-14, 15-8 (those matches lasted 1:45 and 1:05, respectively). They also beat Westlake in two.
