2002 Highlights 

On Oct. 5, the Generals won the Eagle Classic, beating Eastwood 15-2, 15-10; Huron 15-13, 4-15, 15-8; and, host Clay for the title 15-1, 15-3. Eastwood went on to be a Regional Runner-Up, handing Canal Winchester their only loss of the season in the process. Huron won the Division III State Championship.

The Generals also had a big Week Five beating Holland Springfield, toppling Sylvania Northview 15-9, 11-15, 15-10 to avenge a previous loss, then trouncing Piqua on the road 15-5, 15-2.

They beat Holland Springfield in 15-8, 15-4 on 8/29. The Generals also beat Perrysburg in three and Northwood in two. On 9/19 they beat Bowling Green at BG 15-8, 15-8. They were runner-up at Bowsher's tournament on 9/21, beating Findlay and Ashland, then losing to Bowsher 9-15, 15-6, 8-15.

Anthony Wayne made it to the Regionals, where they were ousted by Magnificat 10-15, 15-11, 15-13.
