Cincinnati McAuley Team 2002 Highlights

Summary

McAuley was 0-10 in the GGCL, but don't be fooled. This was a strong team in a league with even stronger teams. The Mohawks looked good at the Cin. Mercy Fall Classic, beating Solon 15-12, 15-12 and St. Henry (Ky.) 15-13, 15-11, and going to the wire with Chaminade-Julienne in a 15-6, 9-15, 12-15 loss. Other non-league losses were to such powers as Vandalia-Butler and Kettering Alter. McAuley beat Bishop Watterson, a team that later finished Regional Runner-Up to Cincinnati St. Ursula.
