2003 Highlights
The Rockets are averaging 14
digs a game and are a stronger defensive team than they anticipated. They are
averaging about 4 blocks a game which is their highest total per game in at
least three years. Sophomore Katey Schroeder is on a tear, averaging 3 kills and
about a block and a half a game, and hitting 0.477. Jess Tyner has become the
team's best defensive player averaging 3.5 digs per game and is one of their
strongest passers.
