Highlights
On Sept. 28, Mother of Mercy won a tough match at
Oak Hills, 15-12, 12-15, 16-14. Then they beat Mt. Notre Dame in
two.
Mercy looked very strong in their Fall
Classic held Sept. 21-22, beating St. Henry (Ky.) 15-6, 15-3 and
Vandalia-Butler 15-12, 15-8, then taking Louisville Mercy to three in the
championship, before bowing 11-15, 15-12, 8-15. Mercy has lost league matches to
Seton 11-15, 15-8, 4-15, Ursuline (8-15, 12-15) and St. Ursula (5-15,
6-15). Their record is misleading.
