Guidelines For Submitting News Materials

Website news materials should adhere to the following guidelines:

Material may be sent to the website email address. If I respond, it will be from my personal account, and future emails can be sent there.
I will not open files or other attachments. All material contributed must be sent as email text that can be cut and paste into web pages.
Regarding schedules and rosters, I enter them into a common format in the website. They can be entered in the email as text, or cut and pasted as long as they are readable.
All submitted material must meet the standards defined under Website Etiquette.
I reserve the right to edit any materials before posting them.

Due to time limitations, I need to be able to cut and paste with limited reformatting. Due to space restrictions, all materials need to be in text.
